Home Search
We help you in finding the best possible home !
Probably the most challenging part of your relocation. In order to be able to support you in the way which suits your needs best, you can choose from following options:
Light Package: Simple involvement of forwarding the links that are relevant to your search, according to the information you provide us with. After you agree on a property, we arrange visits for you, send out applications for the places you like, do the follow-up and negotiate the lease contract. (This package does not include accompanying you to the apartment or house viewings.)
Small Package: Includes forwarding you the links and arranging viewings according to your response with 4to 6 visits accompanied by us.
Big Package: Includes all the above with up to 10 visits.
With both small and big packages are: Sending out applications, negotiating the contract, assisting customer through to the end of the hand over are part and parcel.
Home search with kids; Kids are always welcome without question of course, and we can divide out the day to include helpful breaks in between. No need to leave the kids at home with a babysitter. We love kids and be reassured, that also landlords and agencies don’t mind having kids at the visits.

At the same time, however, a lot of questions come up and even if you can find many answers on the internet, the respective research still takes a relatively long time. You certainly don’t have much time left – now, so shortly before the move. Arrange an online appointment with us. Ask us your questions. Which neighbourhoods are most suitable for you and your family, what budget to expect, how best to send an application. Maybe you need some information about registering with the authorities, when a bank account can be opened or how the Swiss school system works. You have probably already made a list. During a 1-hour online appointment, you will be able to tick off many of the open points and then know even better how you need to plan further.

Costs for relocation support
The cost of assistance in finding accommodation can vary greatly depending on the type of help you need. As with many services, it is similar in the relocation sector: the more you take on yourself, the cheaper it will be for you. If a consultation is enough for you, during which you can ask any questions that arise and you can then take care of numerous steps yourself, this costs CHF 180 for 1 hour, for example. An orientation tour, during which you will get to know the city and its surroundings and thus know better where you would like to live, costs from CHF 350, depending on the time required. An apartment search is of course much more time-consuming and will usually cost from CHF 2,200. Details of the points included in this can be found under the heading “Homesearch”. We will be happy to provide you with an offer that is tailored to you and your needs.
Information on the procedure
You have just received the new employment contract and you know; now it’s getting serious! There’s a lot to plan and you’re ready to tackle all the necessary points.
How do we proceed?
After placing an order with us, we will send you a summary of the criteria you have provided, along with an invoice for the advance payment. Once the payment is confirmed, we will begin the process.
You may have already shared your preferences and requirements with us in writing, or we can arrange a call to discuss them in detail. During this discussion, we will assess the feasibility of your requests and provide honest feedback. It is important to set realistic expectations; for instance, we cannot promise to find your dream home if certain factors make it unachievable. These factors could include a limited budget, poor connectivity in your preferred locations, or missing documentation required for the application process.
Additionally, in some cases, earning too much might disqualify you from certain housing options due to specific eligibility criteria, even though it may sound counterintuitive.
Apartment search
This part of our service is the most popular. We search various property websites for suitable apartments, provide you with links to the listings, and include comments about the location or any potential concerns. For example, if you prefer a quiet street, we might note that a particular property is in a noisier area.
You let us know which properties interest you, and we will attempt to arrange viewings. These viewings are typically group appointments, where multiple prospective tenants view the property simultaneously. Occasionally, individual appointments may also be arranged.
Depending on the service package you have chosen, we will either inform you of the appointment details so you can attend the viewing yourself, or we can accompany you. Alternatively, we can conduct the viewing on your behalf (after confirming whether videos are allowed).
Based on your preferences, we will then prepare and submit the application to the property managers or owners.

Congratulations! You’ve been accepted! We’re thrilled for you. Next, the rental documents will be prepared, and we’ll ensure you understand everything you receive. We’ll review all the documents with you and provide a clear summary of their contents.
Additionally, we’ll make sure you’re informed well in advance about the handover date. If you’ve booked this service, we’ll accompany you to the handover to ensure everything goes smoothly.
